Arlo consist of very special ambient light sensor which detect the amount of light present around. After data received from it, the Arlo decides to turn the Flash Light on or off this helps us to conserve Arlo battery.

This a a guide to troubleshoot your Arlo Camera Base station or Smart hub. Before you start the process for the troubleshooting, check the LED in front of the your Hub and determine if your system is online. You can also do this by checking your Arlo application. Go to the video feed from your Arlo app, if u are able to see the the video feed that means your Base station is connected to the internet.
