This a a guide to troubleshoot your Arlo Camera Base station or Smart hub. Before you start the process for the troubleshooting, check the LED in front of the your Hub and determine if your system is online. You can also do this by checking your Arlo application. Go to the video feed from your Arlo app, if u are able to see the the video feed that means your Base station is connected to the internet. If you are unable to see the video feed , it means your station is not connected to the internet. There are two type of Base station for Arlo Camera. The older model have 2 to 5 LED in front of it while the newer one has Single LED. Single-LED base station(New model) There is single LED present in the newer model, this LED change its color depending on the connectivity status.
